As a Listing Agent, Buyer's Agent, and Seller's Agent here in beautiful Northern Colorado, I work for you. I have earned and maintained the International Diamond Award, representing the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker agents.
My past experiences, including certified home inspector, insurance roof adjuster, home builder, and small business owner for the past 15 years, provide my real estate clients with the background and expertise they deserve.
Our family has called Northern Colorado for fifteen years now, and we love it here. My wife is the program manager for one of the top social enterprise MBA programs in the nation, at Colorado State University. Together with our two children and pet rescue dog, our family cannot imagine living anywhere else (except maybe Maui for a few months in the winter?).

Attention to detail. Having operated my own business for 15 years, I have run my own payroll, taxes, bookkeeping, budgeting, marketing, hiring, contracting. In other words, I like numbers, and I'm good at them.
Communication. For a client, timely communication is key. Proactively reaching out to my clients, and conscientiously following up and keeping my clients informed is something I don't take lightly.
Local expertise. Residing in Northern Colorado for 15 years now, I will show you the positives and negatives to living in Midtown, the west side, Old Town, Windsor, northern lakes area, Harmony corridor, east of I-25, Loveland, and so many other great parts of Northern Colorado.
Breadth of knowledge. I coach my son's youth soccer team, sit on the Rocky Mountain High School SAC Board, mountain bike, brew beer, maintain our neighborhood green space (through a city grant), hike, grow vegetable gardens, ski, keep bees, and am currently working on my ice skating skills. All combined, these activities keep me well connected in the community, and help to understand others' passions.
Open-minded. Before kids, Shelby and I taught English in Japan, and were fortunate enough to travel through SE Asia and Africa. We have hosted international students in our home for 18 plus years, providing us with insight into unique cultural traits.
Passion for homes. My wife claims that I was always meant to do this. I have flipped houses, built an entire house from the ground up, and have been a secret Open House crasher for years now. Searching out residences, evaluating homes, readying a home for maximum appeal and sales price-this is what I truly love.
Negotiator. Treat people the way you would like to be treated. Inject humor, humility, straight-forwardness. This is how I negotiate.
Marketing expertise. I have an undergraduate Business-Marketing degree from the University of Nebraska, Kearney, and keep up with the latest in social media and online marketing, through continuing education.
