Wow! Denver area housing market stats were just released, and one particular stat really stands out-the housing market supply dropped from 7 weeks to 4 weeks! Combined with an average Days on Market of 23 days, and it is clear to see that the supply of houses on Colorado's Front Range is extremely low right now, as we head into Autumn 2020.
